Each User is permitted to register only one Account. Creating multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all Accounts, forfeiture of all Balances, and potential legal action. hoki45 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts, and Users found in violation of this policy will be permanently banned from the Platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your Account credentials with any third party, and you will be held liable for all activities conducted through your Account. You must immediately notify hoki45 if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

hoki45 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our compliance obligations, we require all Users to complete a KYC verification process before processing any withdrawal requests. This process involves submitting clear, legible copies or photographs of government-issued identification documents, including:

• Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or passport showing your full name, date of birth, photograph, and document expiry date;
• Proof of residence document (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence) dated within the last three months showing your registered address;

Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account status.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly upon successful payment confirmation. In rare cases where technical issues cause delays, deposits will be credited within 15 minutes. If you experience any deposit issues, please contact our customer support team immediately with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Deposit Policies and Restrictions

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and reversal of the deposit. hoki45 reserves the right to request additional verification for any deposit before crediting it to your Account.

All deposits are non-refundable once credited to your Account Balance, except in cases where hoki45 determines that a deposit was made in error or through unauthorized means. You acknowledge that depositing funds into your Account is not a purchase of goods or services but rather a transfer of funds for the purpose of placing wagers on gaming products.

5. Withdrawals and Payouts

5.1 Withdrawal Process and Requirements

You may request withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to successful completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals can only be processed to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, though large withdrawals may require additional verification and approval time.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour during business hours (09:00 - 21:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). 5.2 Withdrawal Policies and Restrictions

hoki45 reserves the right to reverse or cancel any withdrawal request if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or violation of these Terms. We may also require additional documentation or verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds or exhibit unusual patterns.

All deposits must be wagered at least one time (1x wagering requirement) before associated funds can be withdrawn. This anti-money laundering measure ensures that the Platform is not used for money transfer purposes. Bonuses and promotional credits are subject to specific wagering requirements as detailed in the applicable bonus terms.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms and Conditions

hoki45 offers various bonuses, promotions, and incentive programs to enhance your gaming experience. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiry dates. You are responsible for reading and understanding all bonus terms before accepting any promotional offer.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager a bonus amount before you can withdraw any associated winnings. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with 30x wagering requirements means you must place a total of Rp 3,000,000 in qualifying bets before you can withdraw. Different game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20% or be excluded entirely.

6.2 Bonus Abuse and Forfeiture

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion with other players, exploiting game features or software errors, or any other unfair practices designed to gain an advantage, is strictly prohibited. hoki45 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and terminate Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

You may only have one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Bonuses are forfeited if not claimed within the specified time period or if you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements. Once forfeited, bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Policies

All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled, edited, or refunded except in cases of obvious error or technical malfunction as determined by hoki45. You are responsible for ensuring that your bets are placed correctly before confirmation. hoki45 is not liable for any incorrect bets placed due to User error.

hoki45 reserves the right to void any bet or game result in cases of obvious error, including but not limited to incorrect odds displayed, technical glitches affecting game outcomes, or manipulation attempts. In such cases, affected bets will be settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned) or voided entirely.

7.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body at the end of regular time, unless otherwise specified. Extra time, penalty shootouts, and overtime periods are not included unless explicitly stated in the market description. If an event is postponed, bets remain valid provided the event is completed within 48 hours. If an event is abandoned or cancelled, bets are typically voided unless a result has already been determined.

Asian Handicap (voor) bets follow standard Asian Handicap settlement rules. Quarter-ball and three-quarter-ball handicaps may result in half-win or half-loss outcomes. Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win; if any selection is void, that leg is settled at odds of 1.00 and the parlay continues with the remaining selections.

7.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

All casino and slot games operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that ensure fair and random outcomes. Game RTP percentages are displayed in the game information sections and represent theoretical returns over millions of spins. Individual session results may vary significantly from theoretical RTP due to variance.

Disconnections during active game sessions are handled automatically by the game software. For slots, interrupted spins are completed automatically and results are recorded. For live casino games, if you disconnect during an active hand or round in which you have placed a bet, the game proceeds according to standard rules, and results are settled normally.

7.4 Togel Lottery Rules

Togel lottery bets are settled based on the official draw results published by the respective lottery operators (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sydney pools, Macau pools). Results are typically available within 15 minutes of the official draw time. All draw times displayed on the Platform are in Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7).

In the rare event of a disputed or cancelled draw, all bets related to that draw will be voided and stakes returned. hoki45 is not responsible for discrepancies or delays in official draw results provided by third-party lottery operators.

9. Prohibited Activities

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the hoki45 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of hoki45 or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The hoki45 Platform and Service are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, hoki45 disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

hoki45 does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, server downtime, software malfunctions, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

In no event shall hoki45, its directors, employees, partners, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the six months preceding the claim.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

hoki45 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, failure to complete KYC verification, inactivity, or at our sole discretion. Upon Account termination, you forfeit any pending bonuses, but you may withdraw your remaining Balance subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any outstanding wagering requirements.

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Once an Account is closed, it cannot be reopened. Any remaining Balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or outstanding obligations.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hoki45 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, rather than through court proceedings.
